At Print Level 3D, we are committed to delivering high quality products. However, we understand that there may be situations where a return is necessary. Please read our policy carefully.
Items Damaged during Shipping
If your order arrives damaged, we will gladly send a replacement at no additional cost. To qualify, you must notify us within 5 business days of delivery and provide clear photos of the damage.
Customer Initiated Changes
We accept returns if the customer changes their mind, as long as the item has not been used and is returned in its original packaging and in resalable condition.
Used or Opened Items
We do not accept returns of items that have been used or opened. Only unused items in their original condition and packaging will be accepted.
Return Window
Customers have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return. Requests made after this period will not be accepted.
Return Process
If your item arrives incorrect, damaged, or defective, please contact us within 5 business days of delivery at info@printlevel3d.com. Include a description and photos so we can evaluate and provide a solution.
Refunds
Refunds will only be issued in cases of confirmed manufacturing defects or errors by Print Level 3D. Approved refunds will be processed within 5 business days and applied to the original payment method.
Return Shipping Costs
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs and any loss in value if the item is not returned in its original, unused condition.
