At Print Level 3D, we strive to provide you with quality products. However, we understand that situations may arise where you need to return an item. Please carefully read our return policy below.
Items Damaged during Shipping
We are not responsible for items damaged during shipping. It is the customer’s responsibility to inspect packages and take photographs of any visible damage to the packaging at the time of delivery. If any damage is found, the customer must file a claim directly with the courier service.
Customer-Initiated Changes
We do not accept product exchanges due to personal decisions or changes of mind by the customer. Please ensure you carefully review your products before using them.
Used or Opened Items
We do not accept returns of items that have been used or opened. Returns will only be accepted for items in their original packaging and in unused, saleable condition.
Return Process
If you encounter any issues with your order, such as an incorrect or defective item, you must contact us immediately, within a period of no more than 5 business days after making the purchase. Refunds
Refunds will be issued only in cases where an error has been confirmed on the part of Print Level 3D or a manufacturing defect. Refunds will be processed within 5 business days after approval of the return and will be applied to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Return Shipping Costs
The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and any loss in value if an item is not returned in its original, unused condition.
